for unlocking dolby home theatre audio in 2 different platforms
1. windows 7,vista, 8 , 8.1, 10 (newer version of windows) you need only the file RtkAPO64.dll from the link provided below (all supported for different versions of realtek)

now simply replace this file with file present in WINDOWS << SYSTEM32 directory and then restart your computer and rerun realtek .It will unlock features like dolby prologic II x , dts connect and dolby home theatre along with additional digital and analog pannel. after that u will see something like that
2. for previous versions of windows like windows xp service pack 1, 2,3 and xp black edition you need to replace RtkHDAud.sys file from windows << system 32 folder from the link provided below

after replacing just restart your computer and realtek and then you are just to go.
